Object of the course:
To make available the basic principles of the SMS recommended saddle fitting system to members of the equestrian industry.
Criteria for attendance:
Candidates must be one of the following:
Fees in 2009: SMS Members £285-00 + VAT@15%
BETA Members & BHS Instructors £320-00 + VAT@15%
Others £360-00 + VAT@15%
(Members of the British Equestrian Trade Association may be eligible for a further discount and should contact BETA for more information.)
Fee Includes: Two full days of theory and practical lectures. Tuition and meals.
(Accommodation is not
included and a list of local Bed & Breakfast establishments will be
provided.)
Please note: This course does not lead to a qualification but a certificate of attendance will be awarded on completion. Eligible candidates may then proceed to the Society’s City & Guilds Certificate in Saddle Fitting.
